Shipping policy
We hand-make all prodcuts according to orders. Our orders are typically prepared within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Deliveries take place within 3-5 business days. Shipping Rates and Estimates
UK Shipping
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
International Shipping
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and parcel weight. Delivery takes around 5–7 business days within Europe and 10–14 business days for the rest of the world.
Customs and Duties
For customers in the European Union, please note that orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are not covered by us and must be paid by the customer.
For customers in the United States, we cover all import tariffs and customs duties (currently set at 10% under U.S. trade regulations). This means there are no additional fees to pay when your parcel is delivered.
For all other international destinations, local customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
We always provide accurate customs declarations to help ensure smooth clearance.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@pastskincare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Sale Items & Subscription Pricing Disclaimer
All sale prices are valid for a limited time and apply only during the promotional period. Once the promotion ends, items and subscriptions will return to their standard pricing.
For subscriptions: Promotional discounts (beyond our standard 10% off) apply only during the advertised promotional period. After the promotion ends, your subscription will automatically return to the original 10% discounted rate unless cancelled before renewal.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept returns if the product seals have been broken.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For accepted returns, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product (excluding the cost of shipping). A return fee will be deducted from the refund once we have processed your return.
Damages, issues and stolen parcels
Please contact us and provide photo proof if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can arrange an exchange right away.
We send all parcels on a tracked service with photo evidence on delivery. If we have photo proof of delivery and your parcel is stolen, we do not insure these orders. If you believe your parcel has been stolen, please report it to the police and let us know your Crime Reference Number so we can investigate it further with the courier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know when the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
